It includes:

DIRECTIONS
Spray the hydrating mist over your hair using your hair spray bottle. Then apply the locs growth stimulator and the locs hydrating deodoriser. You can combine all three or you can use the hydrating mist with the locs growth stimulator or hydrating mist with the locs hydrating deodoriser.
FREQUENCY OF PRODUCTS
- Hydrating mist – every day
- Locs growth stimulator – 2/3 times weekly
- Locs hydrating deodoriser – 2/3 times weekly
RECOMMENDATION
We advise you to maintain your locs appropriately. You can use the products as often as you wish, but you would not want an overuse of products.
